A lot of businesses don’t care about their customer retention strategies as they’re too focused on attracting new audiences than retaining the old ones. But the fact is, it’s much easier and less costly to retain old customers than to get new ones. Just ask your customers the following questions,
Who are they buying for?
Is it their first purchase? If not, then how was their previous experience with you?
Ask for feedback on how you can improve your services for them?
Once you get the answers to these questions, you can easily plan and create strategies that will ensure you’re solving the problems of your existing customers and introducing the right tactics to retain them.
